Summerfest Carnival

We've been dying to take our older girls to Disneyland.  We're theme park junkies ourselves and we're finally planning a trip for later this year!  We decided it would be smart to see how the girls do in a smaller setting before spending Disneyland kind of money so off we went to the carnival!


Sadie was in heaven from the get go, and in true Afton fashion, she took a little time warming up before she decided it was safe and fun instead of terrifying.

I think we're ready for Disney!!  Can't come soon enough...  :)

Dentist

We took the girls to the dentist a few weeks ago and made it through with very few tears and best of all, NO cavities!

Sadie has possibly the WORST gag reflex ever.  She has a pretty tough time with the x-rays and always thinks she's gonna fall off the exam bed, but she pulled through and only complained about the "spicy" mint floss.

 Afton, on the other hand, was terrified.  She thought the idea of the dentist was great but the actual "people putting their hands in my mouth" thing was not so awesome. She calmed down when they put headphones on and let her watch Tangled on the ceiling.  :)

Good thing we only have to do it once or twice a year!
